Part time jobs for students
Looking for a regular local job? Your campus job shop should have info on local employers but if you get no joy just hit the streets and check out the windows of your local retailers – they often don’t advertise anywhere else.

Part time jobs don’t have to mean regular work though. Think about special events taking place at arenas or sports stadiums near you. They all employ hundreds of staff for special events on odd days through the year – great if you want to just work in chunks and not get commitments for every weekend.

Holiday jobs for students
Christmas jobs, Easter jobs and Summer Jobs are all great opportunities to correct the overdraft or just have some serious fun. If you want both try charity fundraising (good for meeting other people as they always work in teams) or kids activity camps (but only if you like working with kids).

Want to mix with the rich and famous? Try and get a hospitality or stewarding job on the famous British summer circuit of special events at places like Wimbledon , Henley and Goodwood. Want to work abroad? Get a free flight to America and work at a summer camp or holiday resort with CAMP America , CCUSA or BUNAC. Or closer to home you can get a job as a Campsite Courier in France with Eurocamp or Canvas Holidays.
