We work with you to find out more about your company and determine your project goals. We try and add value by asking questions and using our experience to advise you of the latest techniques and best practices for what you are trying to achieve.
Based on knowledge gained from the research and discovery stage, we work with you to develop user stories for the project. A user story is one or more sentences in the everyday or business language of the end user that captures what the user wants to achieve.
Our agile approach gives more power to you the client, as you're able to give your feedback at every step of the way. We respond quickly to that feedback with changes during the design and development phase. The process is broken up into fixed duration periods of time known as “sprints”.
Sketching sets the tone for the rest of the design process. It allows us to visualize the screen flow of the user experience and get a basic concept of how an interface will work.
Once the budget is agreed we create a prototype made up of interactive wireframes to get a sense of the look and feel of the website.
We add the visual design – typically using Photoshop.
We test early and frequently and include usability testing.
Reviews take place after creating the first prototype and then again at the end of a development sprint. During these reviews we like to involve the client and adjust the project based on feedback.
This isn't the end of your journey with us. We are always here to give you support on your project and would love to work with you in developing new features.
